i lvie withh my partner and my ex pays nothing towards my childrens upkeep, how much would he have to apy if he works fulltime?

  2. You need to go down and file for child support, and they will determine how much money he is responsible to contribute to the welfare of his children. I hope since he is not paying, that you are working and not making the taxpayers pay for your children. I don't mind helping anyone out in times of trouble, but not when the man isn't made to take care of his part of the responsibility.

  3. Assuming all 5 children are his- it would be calculated according to the law.  It would be a percentage of his income per child.

    Do it!  Why are you asking here? Go to the family division of your court system in your area and file for child support.
