How much does an airline pilot get paid?

I want to be a airline pilot because I want to be able to fly planes! I would join the airforce but haven't got good enough eye sight! I was just wondering the other day how much an airline pilot gets paid?

I think I just answered your other question, and gave my answer there. Oh well, here is the salary part:

Most pilots get paid between £40,000 to £100,000 (around $80,000 to $200,000)

It depends entirely on the airline, and your experience. You can expect to start on about $50,000, but after 10 years or so, you could easily be getting $200,000.

I didn't have good enough eyesight for the Air force either, so I funded myself through training. I would say your best bet is to get a Student Pilot loan. That way, you start paying your loan back when you're making a certain amount of money through an Airline.

deppends for what Airline

some can be paid around 500k others could be more or less

and you need good eyesight to be a normal pilot, better if anything imo, you can have abour 150 passangers online, and you're in control of their lives..

depending on the airline around $10,000 - $25,000 per month basic salary gross. that excludes allowances which adds around another $5,000-$8,000 or so.
