  1. There are a couple of ways to find accurate information.  The first is to contact the personnel offices of the school districts in your area and ask about the salary range.  Another is to look on the school district website, which often will list openings and tell what salaries are paid.

  2. i juz had an interview at a tuition centre last month to become a ***. teacher like u but the paid is juz around 800$! so i rejected it n become a daycare teacher nau (which the paid is much higher n the pressure is oso higher than being a assistant teacher! like my mum always say, "nothing is perfect!" n "perfection is based by ur thinking system"

  3. There are no titles as assistant teachers out there, but the closest term related to that title would be a para-professional. Most para-professionals do more than what they are paid for and many are highly qualified with backgrounds in teaching themselves. Depending on where you live, the salaries will be different. You won't make the wages of a teacher, so if you are seeking a high paying job, look elsewhere. I would suggest that you look at your local school district's salary grade for para-professional so you can get an idea.

  4.

I've been a para-professional for ten years, I don't make much But you get a lot of benefits out of it. And it also depends on what  you do, special Ed, or work with teachers.Or in the Office. You just have to love Kids and what you do.

  5. 14k/year.....w/out insurance you bring home right under 1000.00 dollars a month.  With insurance...about 600 or so per month.
