How much does an eight ball cost?

I gave my friend $150 to buy an eight ball last night. Are they really that expensive? I asked him to see it this morning and he said it was gone. Has this happened to anyone else?

Ha ha. For a split second, I actually thought this was a pool question.  Goes to show what a goody-goody I really am.

Depends where You are buying from. I sometimes go to the police station and ask if they have any BLOW-out sells. Every once in a while I get lucky. Smaller towns are usually easier. The evidence lockers do not always have locks.

But a real 8-ball should be made of marble. So Your friend probably just LOST his marbles. And YES, it happens to me ALL THE TIME !!!
