Dinner fro two in a restaurant will depend on the kind of restaurant you are talking about, but if you are taking Denny's as an example I think you are not looking for a very high quality restaurant.

So I can tell you that dinner, without wine would cost something like 40.- to 100.- for two.

In Tel Aviv and Jerusalem  there are many Coffee shops that as a matter of fact are also restaurants like Cafe Neto, Aroma, Segafredo, and much more.

A better Restaurant in Tel Aviv is Cafe Noir.
