How much does gas cost for an 2007 Mazda CX7 suv that gets 19 MPG to drive from NYC to LA?As well as how long?

I plan to drive from NY to Chicago ( It takes approx 10 hours) then I'll rest for a bit then drive another 10 hours and so on. I drove from NYC to Miami in 18 hours. I thought of shipping it by amtrak auto train but unfortunately they only go from DC to Florida.

That kind of depends on the price of gas...

About $550 to $600 one way.
