How much does grooming cost for a guinea pig?

at places like petco and petsmart. and also , does anyone know of any good vets for guinea pigs in burbank CA?

wel i just bought a HORSE grooming kit and that was only $20 online! im sure guinea pigs are no higher!

im sure you could groom your guinea yourself they do not really need trimmed unless they go outside alot all youll need is a good slicker brush and brush em out every otherday. if it get snarls just carefully trim the hair were it gets them most.

I never heard of anyone bringing a g.p. to a groomer.

On a warm day I would bath them in a small plastic dish pan with baby shampoo and warm water.Rinse in warm water in another dish pan and dry thoroughly with towels and hair dryer.This is the method I always used.

oh i just put my guinea pig in the sink and use "pure scensations premium small animal shampoo sun ripened raspberry" it is a pink color.  my guinea pigs grease spot isn't that bad. just clip his nails with fingernail clippers(clean ones). not too close to the quick and you are good.  you don't need to spend money that that if you don't have to. make sure to towel dry and brush its hair. it only take about 30 minutes.

i think you can do it urself. give them a bath, and brush their fur.
