How much does it cost a Truck(MR) driving test?

Yep, sounds about right.

Here's the deal, go for the highest licence allowable on the licence you have, (I think you can go from car to HC or even MC.) if you are restricted to an auto, this will lift you to full licence, (manual trans.)

If you are upgrading your licence for your current employer, you can claim it back on your tax return.

My son has just gone from HR auto, to MC full, cost him $3400 through a driving school, he claimed the full amount back through his tax return, and has left today in a road train for interstate @$35 ph, double what he was getting driving a rigid.

You can't go higher than MC, it allows you to drive anything, if your going to invest the money, do it once, not over and over again.

You will have to go with a group like DECA or Linfox and it will cost about 5 - 600 bucks

The test is cheap. less than a hundred bucks, it gets exspensive when you have to pay for the driving school truck. usually about 2 1/2 hrs worth
