It's around a 26 hour trip.  I do believe it costs around $5.00/hour of travel time.  Hey, this doesn't include the rests the driver will more than likely take.  You could end up spending around two days of travel by bus.

From what I'm reading, if you enjoy taking your time and getting to know the Mexican people, I say go for the bus ride.  I just wasn't and I'm not really sure if you were or are trying to get somewhere quick or are you trying the long road to enjoy the scenery.

If you're looking to get to your destination quicker, I'd consider taking a plane since you'd only have to travel two to three hours and you would be so much more relaxed and ready to enjoy your time there.  And, in reality, I think it isn't that much more money for a plane ticket.

Its a 48 hours trip.

The bus does stop in several points along the way of course, to fill the tank and to give passengers time to buy something to eat or you can use that time to walk a little and move your legs.

The cost varies, so you'll have to call Bus Terminal.
