How much does it cost for a repspray?

my celica was resprayed before i bought it but it looks like it needs another. how much will it cost for a light respray and how much for a colour change

both are expensive the rig has to be sanded down first dents fixed and so forth a front 1/4 panel could cost as much as $750.00 get an estimate where you live they can give you a better clue, it also makes a difference on the type of paint it is.

spray a rep,lol, he wont thank you for it of course but he will look better! lol

is this a Uk question ? as I'd say £1000 but ring a  few garages for quotes as its all different

I own my own bodyshop business. Its difficult to give a precise figure without seeing the vehicle but you would be looking at a minimum of £1200 for a quality respray. Obviously if there is rust or dents/scratches etc then it could be quite a bit more.

If you are thinking of a colour change then you really need to have the inside of the doors / under the bonnet / in the boot done as it will look odd if its a different colour.

For a colour change inside the vehicle  it really needs the engine removing, doors and boot stripping etc and this would take the cost well over £2000.
