and will evaluate the rest of the home systems as well.

The going rate for the firm i work for in Greenville, NC. Is $120/hr for a licensed engineer to go out and inspect the footings before and after concrete is poured.  As far as inspecting structural integrity of an existing building, i am pretty sure that 120 is right around there as well.
