The above answer is correct, however, its almost ALWAYS buried into your ticket, so you'll never actually pay the fees.

It's $27 (USD) cash on departure, if not already in your ticket price.

I would check to see if you have paid it already. (they are pushing for airlines to put it in the ticket prices now though rather than on departure at the airport).

Still a few airlines that don't include the tax in the ticket though.
