Departure tax in Jamaica --- which MUST be paid in cash --- is currently set at USD$27. Check your airline ticket though -- it's often included in your airfare, and it would be a shame to pay it twice!

I can't find anything about a tourist card, though I know you definitely don't need a visa if you're from the U.S., the U.K., or Canada (among other countries.)
