For laser removal it will cost you 250-500$ per square inch. Its not cheap. The price depends on the color of the ink, how dark it is, how dense it is, that kind of stuff. But you should ask some one in that field. As far as getting it removed any other way, idk, excision? Im sure you probably dont want that. Laser is probably the best that would leave the least amount of scaring, if any.
