im not in phil so cannot phone a phil cell.company to find out. i know it costs me 20p from uk per text.

also, in uk i cannot use yahoo messenger text cause it int available in uk

depends on what telco you're using so i suggest you edit your question and put in more details.

that said, you can also use yahoo messenger to send SMS. that would cost you next to nothing (assuming you're often connected to the net)

Smart Buddy=15p  others ask around. Its cheaper if you buy a cash card in the Philippines than if you use your own countrys operators plan or cash card.
