How much does it cost per foot or yard to run utilities when buidling a new home?

Electric and water in southwest Ohio // also, any idea on estimated costs per foot or yard for a driveway ?? The lot we are looking at is pan handled behind a 5 acre lot, so we have to go back 600 -700 feet just to get to our lot...

the druveway will be very expensive if you pave it. the water and electric depends on how far you have to run your lines.and the type of amp service you want , 100 amp or 200 hundred amp.you also have to hire a back hoe to dig your ditches,  you are looking at big bucks
