How much does it cost to add a fat tire to my harley ?

Depends on what kind of Harley and what size tire.  Some are cheap and require only minor belt guard modifications while others are expensive and require fender, belt carrier, belt guard etc mods.

Just the price of the tire up to a certain point, then it's new swing arms, spacers etc. And when you're done you have a bike that don't corner worth a d**n.

up to 10mm over stock is the cost of a tire.  

anything over 10mm over stock gets expensive fast.

Fat tire:  $340

New swingarm, fender, paint, rear wheel (and front to match), labor, parts, etc:  $5200

Having a tire so wide you don't have to put your feet down:  priceless.
