Depends what boxing club you join.Clubs have different prices I knew a guy who paid $660 a month for about two years before he was ready to fight it depends.

It all depends on the your budget and the quality of equiptment you're looking for. Here are some of the essentials.

-$70 gloves (depending on quality and brand) (I paid $120 for mine)

-$70/month  gym membership (depending on location and the quality of the gym) (I pay $60 for mine)

-$5 handwraps (I paid $15 for mine)

-$15 Jump rope (I paid $40 for mine)

then once you feel like the sport is for you:

-$70 shoes (I paid $65 for mine)

-$5 mouthpiece (I paid $25 for mine)

-$50 amateur gloves

-$50 amateur hear guard

-$50 amateur trunks and jersey

Plus I've purchased clothes, fitness accessories, training equipment, books, magazines, etc. Well over $1000 but I love the sport.
