How much does it cost to build a horse stable/arena?

I already have enough land to build one...I just need to know how much it would cost to have professional carpentars build one.

Depends on the size, amenities, and area.

Here I'd guess $130,000+ for a dressage size arena with arena footing, an 8 stall barn with cement flooring, wash rack, tack/feed room, water, electric, drains, and hayloft.

That's a very, very rough estimate, of course.  Not top of the line, either; just fair.

Fence is going to run $12 a foot or more.

Get estimates from at least 3 contractors; they'll estimate for free and you go from there.  That's the only way to know for sure.
