$325 plus  A lot cheaper than I would have expected.

but this is only if you live in a cold enough area for it to freeze.

Technically, if you live in a cold area or one that gets cold in the winter time, it would be fairly inexpensive.  Using flower bed edger, you could possibly install the edge prior to the cold weather and then flood the area with water when the temperature drops to freezing run the water into the area with a garden hose and hopefully the water will find its own level prior to freezing (if the area isn't too large).
