  1. Depends on what you will be using it for. If it is a personal blog of some sort, completely free. If it is used for business and is just displaying information, you could learn html and css in a few days and write it yourself (time commitment) or pay someone several hundred dollars to code one up for you. Lastly if you are going to need logins and such, then a professional is the way to go as sql injections and attacks are quite common these days and you would not want your site to be compromised. Again you are looking at several hundred dollars, possibly more since you want professionals to make it for you.

    If you go to goole and tpyr in "Domain" or "Get a Domain" or something like that, you'll get answersfrom $.99 to things like $10.99 so i can't give you an exact price.
