How much does it cost to buy a 3 bedroom house in Poland ? Please.....?

Unfortunately it is not cheap any more. Expect to pay a lot especially in the big cities.

In rural area you may get something for $50 000 but in a city expect to pay well above $300 000. Location maters a lot.

It all depends where. A house in or near Warsaw can cost three or four times more than an equivalent residence in a small town/rural area. Other facts, such as whether it is a new or second-hand house, and in the latter case, how old it is and when major repairs (if any) were made. A short review of recent ads told me the prices quoted range between 600,000 and 1,500,000 zlotys.
