How much does it cost to buy a churidar suit in India?

I've been looking online and they seem to be very expensive. Is it a lot cheaper to buy one from a market in India? If so, is it easy to find one in 100% cotton and are they OK quality?

In India , a good quality readymade churidar will cost anywhere from 300 Rupees.

Its really easy to find one in 100% cotton, in cities like Mumbai (or Bombay) where the weather such that most of the people wear 100% cotton almost all the year .. so you get see a lot of variety as well.

If you want to get one stiched, the cost of cloth will depend on the qyality/ embroidary etc and minimum stiching cost will be @100 RS

In India Rupees it cost here any where between Rs. 200/- to Rs. 50000/-

However daily wear suit costs - Rs. 200 to Rs. 600

Casual wear = Rs. 500 to Rs 2500

Party wear = Rs. 1000 to Rs. 25000

Wedding = Rs. 5000 to Rs. 50000

Any fabric for a suit may be got stitched as churidar suit, though these are available ready made as well in the market. Prices vary depending on the quality of fabric, embroidery, other decorative works and market to market too. On ordinary suit may worth Rs 500 to 1000, though you may get it at Rs 200 to no upper limit.
