How much does it cost to buy products or shop in Guam (sales tax)?

We're planning a trip to Guam in a couple of weeks. Is it a good place to shop? How much is the sales tax?

Where is the cheapest place to buy Crocs shoes and sandals in there?

Depending on where you go, Guam can be expensive or cheap.  If you want serious shopping, Tumon is the place.  But because it's a tourist attraction, it can be pricey.  Tumon does have a Croc store though.  The Micronesian Mall is a good place to shopping as well, prices are fair there.  

But honestly, if you're coming to Guam, you should do other things besides shopping.  How about exploring the island and learning interesting facts.
