I just purchased a set of Hogan Apex Plus irons and I don't like the Hogan stiff shafts. I have Dynamic Gold S300s in my current irons and would like to have them in the Hogans.

  1. It depends on what type of shaft it is, it can range from $50 to over $100.

    Have a good one...

  2. Well it costs a lot of money to change the shafts on golf clubs so if I were you wouldn't waste your money on switching them and buy new clubs with the right shafts and sell the other clubs on eBay or something...that is what I would do.

  3. Club manufacturers spend a lifetime determining which shafts belong to certain clubs. If you feel you have the knowledge to mix shafts with heads go through the process and you may end up with two sets of clubs you dislike. My advice would be to sell both sets and get a fitting of the proper clubs from a pro trained to match clubs with players. Since we seldom change clubs getting a set which is suited to our stature, swing speed, with the proper feel and swing weight is the advantage of club fitting. You will be pleased with the outcome.

  4. It's pretty expensive, almost cheaper to buy new clubs to be honest with you.  If you want regular basic steel shafts it will be at least 20 to 30 bucks per club, and if you want cheap graphite shafts it would be at least 90 to 100 bucks.
