How much does it cost to feed a Great Dane ?

i have a greek shepard wich is similar size to a great dane . if you buy dog food like petigree pall or sth around the same price i sould cost u around 1,5 to 2  euros a day. have no idea how much it is in dollars but u can do the maths. remember that dogs need medication for internal and external parasites every month so u sould ad around half a euro a day in the total cost

It costs about 20 dollars for a big bag of dry dog food, and you're going to need one of those once a week plus about 10 dollars for wet dog food to mix with the dry. Don't feed him/her with only dry food please.

I own a great dane, and you DO NOT need to feed him wet food!  That is ridiculous to say otherwise.  My Dane is 150lb female who free feeds.  I buy Innova which runs about 30$ for the largest bag.  She eats probably about 3 to 4 cups a day but is VERY active.  I usually buy a new bag every 3 to 4 weeks.  It is really not as expensive as your would think :)

not much more than any other dog, they don't eat much more than the average lab or retreiver

A bag of quality dog food costs around $25-$30 in my area (S. CA). I have a small breed, but i'm guessing you need to buy (if small) a bag every week or so and if big, every 2 weeks, to a month.
