Usually about $1500 to $3000 or above depending on how complicated yours may be...

Any were from 800 to 2000 just depends on how many debts you have. I file chp 7  in Feb for 1200 with a payment pay of a 100 a month. Any bankruptcy lawyer  will be very flexible on a payment plan. My bankruptcy was all done in apirl and had my lawyer payed off may.

Depending on what chapter you qualify for and what an individual attorney charges, it could run anywhere from 800.00 to 1500.00 to retain the services of an attorney. An attorney would be your first place to call, they offer free first consultations and you can find out what you qualify for and how much they charge, as well as what you would be able to not pay to be able to pay the retainer.
