How much does it cost to get a new channel for dish network?

A single channel?  They don't let you do that.  There's no ala carte channel ordering from and of the cable or satellite services.  You have to order the next tier of service.   Congress is considering requiring it, but so far haven't.  The cable and satellite are afraid they'd lose too much money if you could just order the channels you wanted to watch.
