It will be expensive I know many close friends and people who go to other countries to do plastic surgery. Many of my female friends go down to Colombia and their surgeries turn out to be fabulous. My uncle also had his eye sight corrected down there with one of the top Doctors in the country. The change from Dollar to Pesos makes it cheaper. Both of his eyes were 1,500USD, here is like 4,000.
