Depends on the size of the pool and spa. for a smaller inground pool you are looking at 20 to 30 thousand dollars. The price just goes up from there. You can call your local pool dealer and ask for an estimate, they will be happy to work with you and your budget.

It all depends on the state you live in, the size of the pool inground or above ground what kind of fence around it ........landscaping with it and will you be doing any sweat equity?.  Call and ask for an estimate.
