How much does it cost to get a simple tattoo design that’s a quarter inch by a quarter inch?

it depends on the artist, and if its colored or just plain black and white.. i have a nautical star with a swallow thats colored and about 3 inches big it cost me about 80 bucks.. you should go ask around.
