  1. Depends on where you live. On the east and west coast the cost is higher as much as $5000 per implant. In the middle states it can be about $2500. There is no average cost unfortunately.  Also it depends on the dental professional you choose. An oral surgeon or periodontist can place dental implants but often do not place the teeth. You then have to pay a second fee to a dentist to place the teeth.  I had a prosthodontist  who was able to place the implants and the teeth.

  2. ask ur dentist

  3. Way too much!

  4. In our area (south Louisiana) it runs around $3000 per tooth. Half goes to whoever places the implant and the other half goes to the general dentist who places the crown on the implant (the tooth). Just so you know it takes a few months before you can get the tooth placed onto the implant.  Your body needs to accept the foreign object so to make sure you don't reject it they wait a few months for it to heal and get strongly anchored.  Then your dentist (and a lab) fabricate a crown to be screwed onto the implant.
