  1. It is generally a little dearer to have disposables, but they are so much better than custom made contacts that the vast majority of people use them. They are more comfortable, more convenient, and most importantly they are healthier for your eyes.

    Prices for disposables range from about $80-$120 for a 3 month supply of clear lenses for both eyes (with no correction for astigmatism). This means 3 months of wearing them, not 3 months on the calender.

    Ask your optometrist, contact lenses are great.


  2. you need to go and see your optometrist and discuss with them you options. depending on what you wear glasses for it will depend on if you can even get contact lenses. i found disposables the cheapest and best option for me cause i only wear them for playing sport. but seriously go and see an optometrist.
