It Depends on what you want to do. If you want an unlimited license, you should go to a maritime academy. This route will give you everything you need to go to sea. It cost me $32,000. A limited masters launch operator costs about $65.00 with a short exam, at the nearest Coast Guard REC . If you want a six pack, oupv, or 100 ton masters, you need to accrue sea time, and study for the exam. books cost around $200.00 for the basics, then $65.00 exam fee, $45.00 for issuance, you also need cpr/ first aid @ $70.00.  If you know nothing, you will have to take a course which includes books and charts and all license fees for $1200.00. You will need Plotting tools @ $27.00 for the kit. If you want to sail unlicensed, you will need a Merchant Mariners Document (MMD) $95.00 at the Coast Guard REC. Physical and drug tests are also required for all documents and licenses.

If you mean the amusement park $49.95 general admish and $30 for kids.  You can just google Marine World admission.  That's what I did.  However I think NYtugCap's way sounds a lot more exciting.
