as long as you are accessing aim through your im icon then it is associated with your unlimited messaging. If you access media net to get to aim then you will be paying for internet charges which depends on which company your using, (sounds like att) cost are .01 per kilobyte of data transfer doesnt sound much but can add up quickly. Call your customer service rep to have them look over your plan so there is no surpise charges on your next bill, please it will save you and the phone company a hassle next mo.
