Hi,

There are many ways to market a small business on the web.  You can buy banner ads, text links, or use PPC.  However, the best way is to get listed in a bunch of portals. Portals and directories are like phone books, and they often provide a lot of traffic because they tend to rank high on Google.

depends on where it is and how busy of a street and how big of a billboard. I've heard of small ones going for about $300/month

a lot depends on te location of the billboard. heavily traveled areas command a higher price. search for outdoor advertising in your area

A friend owns thirty such BILLBOARDS and well,

depending on the market and the traffic flow you

might expect to fork out any number from $1,500 mthly

to a whopping $6,500.00 again depends where the sign is!
