I'm not sure but think of these things- cost to rent/buy building or room, cost of specialty coffee beans and tea plus machines staff and flavourings(vanilla, hazelnut...) you might want food and milk cream and sugar(mind you you will have to get this often since these things expire quickly. now think of how much money you have and how much business* you will get and if it will get you enough money to pay your staff and buy new suplies*. That should answer your question.
