How much does it cost to make an apartment building

I was wondering how much would it cost(estimate) to make like a bedroom, dining area/ family room, kitchen and 1 bathroom? and i'm talking about 50 of these apartments? So how much would it cost all together?

Location, Location and quality.  Price of Land and contractors vary by localities.  4 million to 200 million.  More if building on the east coast

It depends on a lot of things :

First of all where do you want to build them then how do you want to build them ,I mean you build them using really cheap materials or you can build them with really expensive materials !

the average are :

in Michigan $88.00 to $125.00 depending on the contractor.

in SF On the order of $200 a square foot .

A lot of your cost depends on the area.  It also depends on if you are building from scratch or modifying something existing.

For Wisconsin you are looking at about 2 or 3 million I think.

first find a building. then go to home depot to get an estimate of what each appliance would cost.  then talk to a builder to see what labor and equipment would cost
