In first class stamps. PS please be exact. I need 2 post an a5 size letter by 1st class standard weight.

Oh and also, do you have to include a pic when you send fanmail 2 Miley Cyrus 2 get an autograph?

If so where can I get a quality photo of her?

it goes by weight and I don't know what you mean by standard rate

10g - 54p

20g - 78p

40g - 1.17pound

60g - 1.58 pound

80g - 2.00 pound

this is sending airmail; 3-5 day delivery

no pics of Miley; would google her name and try to find photo and print it.
