Check with your local hardware store for some graffiti remover, it comes in an aerosol can.  This stuff will remove it.

Depends on the amount of graffiti, and the kind of material used to do the graffiti. You might try using a water high pressure jet.

If it is on the bricks that are owned by the City, have them come out and remove it!  It won't cost you anything!

There are commercial outfits that can do it, but might try searching janitorial supply houses for industrial cleaners.

They have "graffiti removers" & products that make it easier to clean off when it happens again.

"Same stuff" used to clean municipal bldgs  as tallblon mentioned.

It all depends on how much there is and who you hire to remove it. If you do it yourself it will only cost you elbow grease and the cost of soap and water. If you hire professionals to remove it the cost will go up proportionate to the size of the company you hire.
