How much does it cost to repair car scratches on the rear of a mini van?

So I'm a student driver and tonight I had my first car accident where I accidentally scraped the rear bumper of a nearby minivan as I was pulling out of a parking spot. Anyway, I have to pay for the repair myself, and I was just wondering how much it would cost to repair a few light scratches- about 5 of them in a 1 1/2 foot area...?

Depends on the type of quality of work you want and how deep or long the scratch is. Most light scratches can be buffed out reather easily while others have to be painted over again. I say it could be from $100-$350. Good luck!

depends. they may just need a paint touch up or a bumper replacement. If it's a touch up, it will be less but a bumper is a couple of hundred dollars. Maybe 2-300 ?
