do you need a permit? How much does fuel cost? I have been getting info from lots of people and it seems that some people think it is expensive and yet those who have one use them all the time

the insurance is the biggest bit but you dont have to get it howveer its best to and you will probably need a permit to use it in most lakes or clubs but using it in the sea is free
