Depends how much LRT has negotiated to pay the electrical generating companies from whom it now obtains its power. This might fluctuate with demand, time of the day etc.

For this you would need to know the power reuirement of the train's electric motors. 1 kilowatthour (kWh)costs around 10p.

e.g. If a train's motor was 1000kW - it would cost 1000x10p = £100 per hour.
