I don't know your intent but a ton is a small quantity.  Normally Frozen cargo is shipped in refrigerated containers, Reefers, carrying 950 cu/ft.  There are small 20 ton refrigerated packets but they require special handling so the cost per ton is higher.

I would suggest you 'Consolidate' your shipment, meaning it's combined with other cargo going to the same destination.

You also must consider handling at the other end.  Are there provisions to receive and store a ton of frozen food at the destination?
