How much does it cost to subscribe a channel on Dish Network?

I would like to subscribe the History International channel and the tennis channel on my dish. It says I can do it from the T.V. but how much does each channel cost?

I doubt you can subscribe to individual channels, unless they are PPV (pay per view). You may need to purchase the next "channel option" (50, 100, 200, whatever).
