Going to California with a friend, wondering how much it would cost to swim/interact with the dolphins? And is there a alternative cause I do have a budget? ...not quite sure what that means

Well the price depends on which place you go. I went on a cruise and it was about $200. But other places might cost more because u guys are not in a group.
