there is no quarantine needed from new zealand and no import visa either so you just have the cost of its travel,you will have to enquire at an airline in new zealand as to how much to ship the dog

If you're coming over for a holiday, I would suggest leaving your dog in the care of someone, while you enjoy a really good holiday by yourself (a lot of places won't let dogs in). Going back home to your pooch would be something nice to look forward to, and the money you save on your dog's fares could be put towards your holiday. Maybe you could buy your dog a nice doggie souvenir.
