The Heathrow Express goes from Heathrow to Paddington station (£15.50 if you buy at the station). From there you have to take the underground to Victoria Station.

Alternatively, take the underground from Heathrow to Picccadilly Circus and change there to Victoria Station. (£4)

Heathrow Express is ludicrously overpriced and won't take you to Victoria anyway.

Take the Piccadilly line from Heathrow to Hammersmith and switch to District Line for Victoria. (You won't even have to change platforms at Hammersmith.)

Do NOT attempt to change at Piccadilly Circus. There is NO connection from there to Victoria!
