  1. The same it cost to everyone in the world. Its $200 for the test plus all the extra fees. Making it a total of almost $400.  


  2. The fee to take the NCLEX is $200 in any state, that is payable to PearsonVue.

    There are fees for licensing that should be paid to your state's Board of Nursing.  Those fees will include your fingerprints/background check, application for license fee, and other fees mandated by that state.
