  1. I don't know about the Carnival Miracle but the fees to use the internet on cruise ships is typically about $50 to $60 an hour, or in other words somewhere around $1.00 a minute.  Sometimes you can get a package that may knock that down to $40 an hour or so.  But my advice to everyone who want to use the internet on ship is forget it.  The connection speed is usually poor (especially when the ship is moving) and its much better to wait until you get to the port city and there you will likely find an internet cafe charging about $5 or $6 an hour.  Many time there is an internet cafe in or very near the port.  One of the best ways to find one is ask your wait staff or cabin steward whether they know, or ask someone on/at the pier when you get off ship.  Sometimes they internet is right at the port.

  2. It costs about 1.00 a minute.  Some cruise lines will give you vouchers for internet use if you are a return customer.

  3. My partner & I have been on over 25 cruises. My business is internet intensive.

Internet access runs 75 cents to $1 a minute so it gets very expensive.

On shore internet (cyber) cafe's are the way to go.

Phone calls are even worse at $4 to $10 a minute.
